Health Guarantee Information
Rabbits sold are, to the best of my knowledge, healthy and free of issues. Should your rabbit become ill, please contact me immediately.
Our health guarantee covers illnesses only. When a rabbit leaves my rabbitry, you agree to feed as discussed, and use the transition kibbles provided to properly move your rabbit onto your feed of choice. Injuries from incorrect handling or illness caused by incorrect feeding is not covered by our health guarantee.
Should your rabbit become ill - sneezing, runny or messy poops, optical or nasal discharge, issues with ears, small wounds that were missed before purchase, etc - please contact me immediately, so we can discuss options for treatment.
Failure to contact me immediately upon discovering illness or injury renders the health agreement null and void.
Vet bills and other illness related costs will not become the responsibility of the breeder.
All sales are final, and there will be no refunds unless previously discussed. Should your rabbit become ill, and treatment is not an option, a replacement rabbit of equal value will be offered. A wait can be expected in receiving your replacement rabbit, dependent on availability and buyer's requirements in the replacement rabbit(gender, colour, breed).
